Anti-spalling high alumina brick is based on high alumina clinker, adding ZrO2 (zirconia) or other materials with anti-spalling properties of high alumina brick. The production process of anti-spalling high alumina brick is more complex, the production is roughly divided into four stages: preparation of the required raw materials ----- extrusion molding ------ high temperature forging ------ cooling packaging.
